We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, a few blocks away from the ChristkindlMarkt. The staff was extremely friendly and were able to store our luggage so we could go enjoy the city until check in time. I appreciate staff who take great pride in their work! Our room was quiet and a nice location to rest after a long day outside. The shower felt like I was washing the sins of my foremothers and forefathers. It had amazing pressure and it felt like no need to exfoliate! It was awesome! All in all, when we visit Chicago again, this is the place I will stay. Great prices, great people, great quiet room!
My husband stayed here weekly since the beginning of the year for business trips and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations in the city. We stayed there as well for a couple's trip close to Valentine's. We've stayed in a majority of the hotels in the Loop/River North and this is our favorite reasonably priced hotel in the Loop. The rooms are always clean and nice. The mattresses are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice with good water pressure in the shower. However, each of these trips were made special by Julian at the front desk. He is thoughtful, kind, and compassionate about his job and it truly shows in how he cares for guests. Julian is one of the main reasons we continue to book at this location. Thanks to Julian and the rest of the front desk staff for always making these trips great.
Staff.. especially Julian at the front desk was superb! If you are looking for a nice and comfy hotel near the Bean, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast is also great, lots of options to choose from.
I spend the weekend here with my family and i couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. Clean great rooms, bathroom supplied with eveything you may need. EVEN MAKEUP WIPES. I definitely recommend this hotel and besides all the customer service is amazing. Everyone is great especially Marcy and Lidia. They were both amazing they deserve a RAISE!! they were great and helped me out with what i needed. Thank you to all serving us this weekend.
We stayed at the hotel with my wife and two children, and the experience was great. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast is basic and parking can be expensive, but overall it’s a good, reliable, and convenient place to stay in Chicago.
My friends and I were in town for a conference and we had a great stay here! It’s a convenient spot, close to Fulton market/ West Loop for good eats and is a short drive to McCormick Place where the convention was held. Julian at the front desk was always very welcoming and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable as well. Definitely would stay here again!
Great location and staff was nice. Included breakfast was surprisingly good. Happy with room and stay, except one thing. The bed was very uncomfortable and both my wife and I had sore backs.
We spent two nights here and had an outstanding experience. The room was clean and easily fit our family of four, which is unusual for Chicago hotels. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the location was fantastic: walking distance to everything we wanted to do. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
